Services

The Embassy serves customers in consular, passport and immigration matters. The biggest customer group is Zambian visa applicants. In consular matters the Embassy assists Finnish citizens and foreigners living permanently in Finland.

The Embassy also offers prestige services and information on trade relations between Finland and Zambia to interested companies and others. Addressing the inquiries of Zambian, Malawian, Zimbabwean and Finnish authorities, as well as private citizens is part of the Embassy’s services.
